We started with a breakdown.

Every driver in India has the same story: the car stops, five phone calls follow, and the price changes when the truck arrives. InstaTow exists so that the price comes first, a person stays with you on WhatsApp, and the truck that comes belongs to a fleet that answers for its work.

We chose not to buy trucks. We chose a service partner with its own fleet and technicians in 15 cities, and put our effort into the part that was missing: the website, the price on the screen, the Hindi, and the person on the other end of the message.
