Pricing, cancellation and refunds

Prices

All prices on this site include GST at 18%. Plan prices are as displayed on the plan page at the time of purchase. On-demand rescue prices are confirmed to you in writing on WhatsApp before dispatch; the confirmed figure is the price you pay.

Rescue cancellation

Cancel before the truck is dispatched: no charge. Cancel after dispatch: a call-out charge may apply, which we tell you at the time of confirmation.

Plan refunds

Cancel a plan within 7 days of purchase with no service used: full refund. After 7 days or after any service: no refund.

Service failure

If a confirmed rescue does not arrive, or a plan service is not delivered as described, tell us within 48 hours. We will refund the amount you paid for that service, or provide it again, at your choice.

How refunds are paid

To the original payment method within 7 working days of approval, in line with Reserve Bank of India timelines.
