Do I need a plan to get a tow?
No. Rescue is pay-per-use. A plan makes the next year’s breakdowns already paid for.
Is Family Shield insurance?
No — assistance services. No claim forms.
My car is 10 years old.
Rescue is for any car. Plan eligibility by vehicle age is stated in the plan document — ask us on WhatsApp before you buy.
Electric vehicles?
Yes. EVs are always moved on a flatbed.
How do I pay?
UPI, cards, or cash to the driver for a rescue. Plans are paid online.
Can I get a refund?
