InstaTow is the name on the website and the voice on WhatsApp. The truck, the technician and the doctor come from our service partner, Global Assure — a Gurugram company with its own fleet and technicians in 15 cities, a 30-minute service assurance, and the customer-service partner for VinFast’s electric cars in India.
We chose a partner with an owned fleet on purpose. A phone number that forwards to whoever is free is how most towing works in India. It is why nobody tells you the price.

The founder
InstaTow is built and run by Bk, its single founder — the person who wrote this site in English and Hindi, studied how roadside assistance really works in India before choosing a partner with its own fleet, and who answers the WhatsApp desk. Based in Mira Road, Thane.
