Terms of service

What this is

InstaTow sells assistance plans and arranges on-demand roadside help. The services are delivered by Global Assure (Glb Assure Private Limited) under its service terms, which you accept when you buy. These are assistance services, not insurance.

Service area

Roadside services are available in our partner’s service cities, listed on our Cities section. Requests outside these areas may be declined.

Response times

Arrival times are estimates. The 30-minute service assurance applies in our partner’s service cities and is subject to traffic, weather and location.

Payment

Plan prices are payable in advance. On-demand rescue is payable as confirmed on WhatsApp before dispatch. All prices include GST.

Your responsibilities

Give accurate location and vehicle details; be present or reachable when help arrives; do not use services for vehicles or people not covered by your plan.

Limits

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service in question. Nothing here limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Law and language

Governed by the laws of India; courts at Thane. The English text of these terms governs; the Hindi version is provided for convenience.
